Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to join our team at a substance abuse treatment facility. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in a substance abuse treatment setting
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support client care
• Ensure compliance with all Florida DCF and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license preferred (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern)
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment preferred
• Knowledge of DCF regulations and documentation standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts

Schedule Details:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 4-hour shifts each day
• Consistent weekly schedule
