Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years experience
- Demonstrated senior-level experience delivering large-scale architectural projects from Design Development through construction completion, including public infrastructure and government-funded projects
- Proven experience working in constrained and complex spatial environments, with the ability to resolve coordination and constructability challenges
- Extensive experience delivering projects in a fully integrated BIM environment, with a strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, clash detection, and model-based workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a clear, practical understanding of Revit-based production, coordination, and documentation standards; We work entirely in a Revit environment
- Strong understanding of National and Provincial building codes and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to lead technical teams while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines across multiple complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and public-sector clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat
- Minimum educational requirement is Architectural Technologist
- **Must be eligible for PSPC Secret clearance
Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 - $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 - $112,400
