Lead Commercial Glazier – Storefront & Curtain Wall

Architectural Openings, Inc. is seeking experienced full-time Lead Commercial Glaziers to join our team in Tucson, Arizona.

We are looking for experienced glaziers capable of independently laying out, fabricating, and installing commercial glazing systems while leading work safely and efficiently in the field.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial glazing experience
• Ability to read and follow architectural plans, specifications, shop drawings, and manufacturer installation instructions
• Accurately field measure and lay out openings
• Experience fabricating and installing commercial storefront systems
• Experience installing curtain wall systems
• Experience installing aluminum entrances, doors, and commercial door hardware
• Ability to organize and complete field work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and coworkers
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must have appropriate hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability and willingness to complete required safety training, including OSHA 10, GHS, forklift operator, aerial lift, and scissor lift training

Schedule

Full-time (Year-Round Overtime Opportunities)
Typical Summer hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Typical Winter hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour for Lead, based on experience
