Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PMHNP, APRN)

Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to patients, including medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Conduct routine check-ups, take medical histories, and perform physical exams as needed
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab tests and imaging studies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
