The ARC at Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and/or physician.

• Accurately document resident care, observations, and treatments.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.

• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

• Maintain infection control practices and adhere to all safety regulations and facility policies.

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
