Job Summary

Aqualillies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Team Lead to oversee daily business operations, support team performance, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Operations Team Leads are typically responsible for managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and supporting team members to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of operations specialists and administrative staff.
  • Monitor daily workflows, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Manage schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
  • Handle escalated operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer and employee experiences.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
