Title: YouTube Strategy and Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive YouTube strategies to maximize channel growth and audience engagement.
• Optimize video release timing to align with audience behavior and trends.
• Craft compelling and SEO-friendly video titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance discoverability.
• Oversee, approve and upload design of eye-catching and effective thumbnails that drive click-through rates.
• Build and optimize YouTube channels from the ground up, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand presence.
• Manage large YouTube channels, including content scheduling, playlist creation, and audience interaction.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve channel metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing successful YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement techniques.
• Proficiency in using YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools to track and analyze performance.
• Creative skills in copywriting and thumbnail design.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for digital media and a deep understanding of YouTube culture and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and cross-promotion strategies.
• Background in digital marketing or a related field.
