Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to ensure optimal recovery.
• Utilize various treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on objective data and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, pain management strategies, and the use of assistive devices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates, reinforcing best practices and encouraging professional growth.
• Stay current with trends in physical therapy practices by attending workshops, participating in continuing education, and contributing to professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, and overcoming sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating your qualification to practice independently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing patient schedules and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we also welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in their career. Prior experience with diverse patient populations and knowledge of contemporary physical therapy techniques will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our employees receive a generous benefits package that includes:
