Ideal Candidate

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Hungry to learn and grow in business, sales, or finance
• Positive attitude, great communication, and people skills
• Coachable and driven by personal and professional development
• Life Insurance Licensed is an asset OR must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training provided)
• This position is ideal for individuals who have succeeded in high-performance environments such as door-to-door sales, athletics, or other disciplined, results-driven roles.

Your Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Provide tailored financial protection and insurance solutions
• Guide clients through applications with care and professionalism
• Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop your business & sales skills

Compensation

• Commission-based with performance bonuses and incentives
• Income potential varies based on performance. First-year agents typically earn $60,000–$90,000+
• Unlimited earning potential with advancement

• Startup Licensing Investment: $350 (waived for licensed agents)
