Job Details Job type: Part‐time (minimum 24 hours per week); full‐time preferred. Location: Remote. Compensation: $75–$80 per hour for Couples/Family/Individual Counseling (excluding Associates).

Benefits: Full benefits, PTO, incentive pay, and other benefits for eligible employees. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA‐compliant telehealth platforms. Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies.

Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes. Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.

Stay up‐to‐date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices. Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.

Experience in family and marriage counseling. Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities for relationship and family dynamics. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.

Comfortable with telehealth technology and conducting virtual sessions. Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
