Job Description - Remote Concierge Manager:
Role Overview:
Anytime Storage is seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Concierge Manager. This full-time, customer-facing role is based in one of our offices (Tucson, AZ or Longview, TX) and supports our portfolio of self-storage properties through a modern, remote-managed operations model.
As a key member of our Remote Concierge Manager (RCM) team, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and prospects via phone and video. You will manage day-to-day customer service tasks including leasing units, taking payments, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating with on-site teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and video chats for multiple property locations using our virtual RCM platform.
- Guide potential customers through the rental process, including unit selection, pricing, and completing lease agreements.
- Process payments, deposits, and refunds accurately through our property management system.
- Respond to inquiries about unit availability, account status, billing questions, gate access, and general facility operations.
- Coordinate with on-site caretakers and maintenance teams to resolve issues and complete requests.
- Maintain clear records and documentation of all customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and missed calls using call-back procedures and PMS tools.
- Support delinquency outreach and collection calls when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and updating customer account records.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or property management roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with remote/video communication and handling multiple customer interactions daily.
- Proficient with technology and software platforms (experience with PMS or property management software is a plus).
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Must pass a full background check prior to starting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
