We are seeking experienced and dependable OTR Truck Drivers to join our team, specializing in long-haul reefer routes. Drivers will primarily operate solo across cross-country routes, covering 3500-4000 miles and returning home every 8-10 days. Competitive pay starts at $0.65/mile with increases based on tenure, plus an annual retention bonus. This role requires commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and on-time delivery of refrigerated freight.

Responsibilities

• Execute long-haul driving on cross-country routes
• Manage and ensure the integrity of reefer loads
• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and delivery timelines
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records
• Deliver loads safely and on schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of long-haul truck driving experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial driving license
• Experience handling refrigerated freight
• Strong route navigation skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in vehicle inspection
