Anything Is Possible Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to help support our office operations and day-to-day financial organization.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, trustworthy, good with numbers, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who can help track receipts, monitor office spending, organize expense records, and support basic financial admin tasks for a fast-paced and growing company.
What You’ll Do:
- Track, organize, and maintain receipts and expense records
- Help monitor office spending and day-to-day purchases
- Assist with expense reports and basic financial documentation
- Keep records organized and easy to review
- Communicate with team members regarding missing receipts or spending details
- Support office leadership with finance-related admin tasks
- Help create better systems for tracking purchases, supplies, and expenses
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Two - Three days a week / 15 hours a week
- Organized, reliable, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic expense tracking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow up and keep things moving
- Experience with finance, bookkeeping, office administration, or expense tracking is a plus
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and basic office systems
