Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies through individualized client assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic client care.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in the field of mental health.
• Effectively communicate with clients and their families, establishing rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and various technologies for efficient documentation and client tracking.

At Antelope Behavioral Health, you will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of post-degree clinical experience in counseling is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-focused care will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards governing practice in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with a wide-ranging clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
