Anneta Insurance Solutions, Inc. is a full-service Medicare FMO insurance agency specializing in Medicare health plans. We contract with most major health carriers and various regional carriers in the country and support several hundred highly trained brokers with services in contracting, marketing, enrollment, commissions, and trainings.

Job Responsibilities: Greet walk-in members and assist them with their access to benefits and other member issues and possibly redirect them to meet with brokers. Communicate with local brokers on daily activities, receive incoming phone calls and help customers (mostly seniors) with their questions and concerns. On the job training about Medicare health plans is necessary since all health plans are different.

Experience with member services is a plus. Training will be provided with specifics of the job. Life and health insurance license a plus with possible bonus for enrollments after completing certifications. Possible growth into a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• working knowledge of MS Office
• attention to detail and accuracy
• good phone skills
• mature and responsible individual who can work independently in the San Francisco Chinatown and Sunset offices
• fluent in English and Cantonese
