Angels Momentum LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support our vehicle rental operations in Miami, Florida. This position involves assisting with vehicle logistics, customer handoffs, vehicle inspections, and general day-to-day operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns.
- Assist customers during vehicle check-in and check-out.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel level, mileage, and visible damage.
- Take clear before-and-after photographs of vehicles.
- Help prepare vehicles for upcoming reservations.
- Report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management.
- Coordinate with vehicle cleaning, maintenance, and repair service providers.
- Assist with reservation scheduling and customer communication.
- Maintain accurate records related to vehicle condition, mileage, and operational activity.
- Monitor and organize basic operational supplies.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to vehicle rental operations as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, transportation, hospitality, or car rental is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and service providers.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are must.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
