• Previous fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, professional, and personable demeanor
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
