Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

Anew Home Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist PRN hours available! This position will cover the north side of Indianapolis!

Summary of Functions:

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) implements independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with Anew Home Health's policies and procedures. Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, and contributes to case management.

Qualifications:

Licensed Position or better in xxProvider Trust LIc Verification.
