As a Client Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with us are exceptional. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, address any concerns, and provide product and service information. This role is ideal for a proactive and client-focused individual looking to make a positive impact. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Provide clients with information on products, services, and account updates.
  • Document client interactions and update account information accurately.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
