We are looking for an experienced carpenter with at least 5 years in residential trades to join our family-oriented team. This role involves diverse home remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, windows, and doors. Work hours are Monday to Friday with most weekends off, along with paid holidays, PTO, and a 104k match benefit. The position supports year-round work across multiple local job sites, requiring independent work and small team collaboration with limited customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling projects focused on kitchens, bathrooms, decks, windows, and doors
• Collaborate within small teams and work independently on assigned tasks
• Manage multiple job sites within the local area efficiently
• Follow detailed blueprints and building plans for full home remodels and specific room renovations
• Maintain quality workmanship with attention to safety standards and time management
• Communicate effectively with team members while limiting customer interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid builder’s license
• Proficient in carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and woodworking
• Skilled in power tool operation and safety standards
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
