Our client has over 30 years' experience in the Atlanta market - with a diverse portfolio range to ensure consistency during unexpected market turns. Their project range includes multi-family, education, religious and commercial interiors.
You'll be working alongside the Lead Superintendent on a 2 year wood frame multi-family project valued circa $25m based in Atlanta Metro.
It is essential that you have worked on projects of a similar size as either an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent. You should have minimum 4 years' experience.
Salary up to $120k base + truck (or allowance), health, vision, dental and structured bonus plan.
