This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Marquette, MI. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the property, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include financial management, sales and marketing initiatives, vendor and stakeholder relations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations. The General Manager will play a crucial role in strategic planning and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Sales and marketing expertise to drive revenue growth
- Vendor and stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Operational efficiency and compliance management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
