Job description

As an Anakeesta Concessions Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work in various food trucks and concessions outlets and engage with a variety of customers, ensuring that every guest's experience is magical!

Responsibilities  

  • This is a tipped position/participates in tip pool 

  • Interacts with guests, providing excellent customer service  

  • Take payments using a POS (Point of Sale) system, and provides appropriate change on cash transactions  

  • Prepares orders in a safe and efficient manner  

  • Delivers orders to guests  

  • Ensures that all supplies are well-stocked including the beginning and end of day  

  • Maintains a well-groomed, neat appearance   

  • Communicates with supervisors and managers regularly to maintain up-to-date information regarding park operations  

  • Attends all necessary F&B training classes  

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Positive Attitude  

  • Must be at least 16 years old  

  • Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays  

What You Need 

  • Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. 

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. 

  • Must be willing to attend Serv-Safe to obtain certification.

  • Must be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification. 

Physical Requirements  

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.  

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time  

  • Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary. 

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead. 

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs. 

  • Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed. 

  • Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
