ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amie Chasse - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist English- and Spanish- speaking customers with policy questions, changes, and claims support.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
