We service Central MD, DC, and Northern VA and offer roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door replacement services. We have job openings for every territory.

Qualifications

Candidate must have:

• Positive Attitude - be ambitious and results oriented.
• Reliable Transportation - will be running appointments within a 50 mile radius.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - be a people person.
• Valid Driver's License
• Financial stability during training period - 4 week training period includes a $500 per week base salary (negotiable based on experience). After 4 weeks, a draw versus commission structure kicks in and allows successful sales professionals to earn more money and increase their weekly draws.Performance bonuses are also provided. Pay is provided weekly.
• Smart phone with data plan
• Strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to our customers.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
• Availability to work evenings and weekends - appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays to accommodate homeowner's availability.

Project management and home improvement sales experience is a plus!
