Responsibilities:

  • Act promptly and efficiently in responses, remain vigilant, monitor activities, and report any suspicious behavior.
  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fires or medical incidents, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Write detailed reports outlining any security incidents or observations.
  • Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
  • Perform regular security patrols throughout the retail store to monitor for potential risks, theft, or safety concerns.
  • Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts and schedules as needed to ensure continuous security coverage.

Requirements:

  • West Virginia security guard license
  • Valid drivers license or Id
  • Must have open availability
  • Strong observation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow protocols
  • Previous security or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
