What You’ll Do:
- Conduct cold walk-ins and field visits to businesses
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Gather contact information and on-sire details to facilitate quoting and follow-ups
- Learn and prepare to lead a sales team in the near future.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Self-starter with drive to exceed goals.
- Leadership potential and interest in management.
- Fire protection experience is a plus, but training is provided.
Compensation & Growth:
- Salary structure: Base+Commission
- On target earnings: $60k–$70k
- Substantial earning potential as business grows.
