American Ballot Operations

American Ballot Operations is hiring Community Outreach Representatives across Northwest Ohio. This is a paid, flexible position — no experience required, we train you.

What You'll Do

• Walk assigned neighborhoods and speak with community members at their doors
• Distribute informational materials and collect signatures on civic initiatives
• Record contact data using our mobile app (training provided)
• Represent our organization professionally in the community
• Report daily activity to your field supervisor

What We Offer

• $18–$25 per hour depending on experience and performance
• Flexible scheduling — you set your availability (mornings, afternoons, or evenings)
• Part-time and full-time hours available (10–40 hrs/week)
• Paid on-the-job training — no prior experience needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to assigned areas
• Ability to walk 3–5 miles per shift and work outdoors

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
