Part-time Temporary Recruiter 

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.

Schedule: Preferred availability would be Monday - Thursday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Location: America's Auto Auction (Corporate Office) - 10401 N Meridian St #400, Carmel, IN 46290 (On-site)
Employment Type: Open to Temporary Employee or a 1099 Contract

Pay: Based on experience and employment type

Responsibilities of Part-time Temporary Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews and assist with other recruiting activities as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process
• Optimize the hiring pipeline by managing the full candidate lifecycle within Paylocity Recruiting

Requirements

 Requirements for Part-time Temporary Recruiter

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; prior experience utilizing Paylocity's recruiting module is a strong plus
