What You’ll Do:

  • Master the Industry: Become a subject matter expert on our innovative product lines and the amusement tech landscape.
  • Drive Revenue: Proactively identify, pitch, and close new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate lasting relationships with operators, distributors, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and recommend tailored hardware/software solutions that drive their ROI.
  • Seamless Execution: Prepare accurate quotations, process orders efficiently, and maintain pristine CRM records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Sales Manager to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of B2B sales experience. (Bonus points if you have background in amusement, arcade, sweepstakes, or electronics!)

  • Hunter Mentality: Highly comfortable with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold outreach.
  • Elite Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Starter: Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of thriving independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and modern CRM platforms.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in both professional office settings and manufacturing/facility environments.
  • Willing to Travel: Open to occasional travel for client visits and exciting industry trade shows.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English + Spanish or Chinese is a massive plus for our global expansion!
