Full-Time Maintenance Position


We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining property appearance, and is willing to learn new skills. We are seeking a dependable employee who can assist with a variety of maintenance and property upkeep responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Lawn care and general grounds maintenance
  • Garbage and debris removal
  • Property clean-up and upkeep
  • Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance projects
  • Performing miscellaneous maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of performing physical labor as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic maintenance experience preferred but not required
  • Carpentry experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
Training & Growth

We are willing to train the right person. Prior experience is helpful, but we value reliability, attitude, and a willingness to improve just as much as technical skills. This position offers opportunities to learn new maintenance and repair skills while gaining hands-on experience.
