Alto Rideshare Driver | Car & Insurance Provided
Now hiring for immediate starts in Dallas!
Love driving customers, but hate the gas expenses and wear & tear that rideshare puts on your personal vehicle? Join the Alto team as a W-2 employee driver and drive a company-provided luxury EVs while earning by the hour, not the ride. Alto provides everything you need, so you can focus on the road.
Why Drive with Alto?

  • We handle all vehicle costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance - which means no out-of-pocket expenses for you. Just show up to work, pick up your car for the day, and hit the road!
  • Get paid by the hour, not by the trip.
  • Safety is our top priority. Enjoy peace of mind with our best-in-class safety features, including built-in dash cams and 24/7 support team.
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly pay starts at $12.00 per hour, with raises starting in as little as one month.
  • Get paid on your terms: receive weekly pay through direct deposit or choose On-Demand Pay to get paid as often as daily.
  • Basic healthcare coverage, including dental and vision, and 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
  • Free Alto membership and 50% off rides after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must have no drivers license suspensions within the past 3 years.
  • Fluent in English
  • Must successfully pass the Driver Training Program to become a certified Alto Driver.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and listen to directions from our dispatch team
  • Tech Savvy with Navigational apps (I.e Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing)
  • Enter and exit the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
  • Lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods without being able to leave the work area.
