Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' mental health status through virtual meetings.

• Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs and monitor their progress regularly.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities effectively to deliver high-quality mental health support, equipping clients with practical tools to manage their challenges.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care and appropriate referrals as needed.

• Document clinical notes and maintain updated records in our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and community outreach initiatives as part of holistic care provision.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will focus on a diverse demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Common concerns may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your ability to provide culturally competent care and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each patient will be integral to your success in this role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A proven minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, ideally within a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic clinical systems and EHR documentation.

• Commitment to ethical practice standards and confidentiality in line with industry regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client base, including those from various cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English to facilitate communication with patients more effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
