The Bridal Alterations Specialist plays a vital role within a tailoring team, dedicated to providing expert garment alterations and fittings for bridal wear. This position requires a skilled professional who can ensure every gown fits perfectly through precise sewing and tailoring, delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitting consultations with clients to understand alteration needs
• Perform garment alterations and tailoring on bridal gowns
• Use standard sewing machines for sewing and fabric modifications
• Take accurate measurements to ensure garment fit and comfort
• Inspect finished garments for quality and detail accuracy
• Manage and prioritize multiple garments simultaneously
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the alteration process
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to work in fast paced bridal environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Experience handling intricate designs, lace beading appliqués and delicate fabrics
