This role provides exposure to all stages of the healthcare value chain - with relationships spanning patients, clinical staff, staffing agencies, physicians, insurance companies, assisted living facilities, hospital systems, vendors, and more.

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, productivity trackers, and documentation to track key performance metrics that support operations and drive growth
  • Strategically coordinate care delivery, communicating with both clinical and office staff to ensure seamless coverage
  • Support and help drive an in-office referrals management operation responsible for monitoring and triaging incoming referrals from portals, hospitals, medical groups, and physician offices in real-time
  • Quickly assess referral eligibility based on patient condition, specific needs, insurance coverage, geography, and agency capacity. Coordinate with clinical leadership on borderline or complex cases requiring clinical judgment. Accept, reject, or escalate when needed
  • Manage the intake process, including chart creation, data entry, and insurance verification using EMR and third-party tools
  • Ensure patient records are complete, accurate, and ready for clinical follow-up, coordinating as needed with nursing staff

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations preferred but not required;
    o Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology is a plus
  •  Technologically savvy and fluent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    o Knowledge of electronic health record systems or referral management tools is a plus
  • Highly organized and attentive to details, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams
  • Capable of effective verbal and written communication in English
  • Must work in office; this is not a remote position

If you are tech-savvy, hungry to assume responsibility, and believe that you could excel in this role, we encourage you to apply. We are dedicated to considering a broad array of candidates with varying degrees of experience in healthcare.
