Property Manager – Lead or Assistant Property Manager Positions Available

Overview: Alpine Property Management is a growing, niche property management firm based in Big Sky. We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager and Lead Property Manager to provide comprehensive, personalized, home management services for the owners of often substantial homes in Big Sky who do not regularly rent out their homes. Lead Property Managers should have:

• Strong communication skills, including for direct communication with property owners.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills to coordinate maintenance and services for up to 40 properties with multiple vendors across Big Sky.
• Strong self-motivation and time management skills to develop weekly schedule of inspections and maintenance coordination, and get it done. Flexible hours allowed.
• Maintenance skills beneficial but not essential.
