We recently released our v1 and momentum is building fueled by customer and partner excitement.We are looking for a self-drivenProduct Manager who has exceptionalunderstanding and empathy for developers who are building AI-poweredsolutions thatspan the cloud and Edge Devices.Asthe product manager for our Azure PerceptDeveloper Experiences you will participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial research and discovery quick iteration on promising concepts solution prototyping and development all the way through successful deliveryand analysis of customer adoption/response.Your most important responsibility will be to define the strategy and roadmap for products andexperiences thatleverage existing and new Azure services toreduce the friction and steep learning curves that developers face today when building solutions that leverage both AI and IoT/Edge devices.You should have passion for staying on top of trendsandbe an extremelydedicatedand trustedcustomer and partner advocate.You should have a proven track record of delivering solutions that span hardware firmware and services and shouldhave a history of being areliablecollaborator.You will need to be able to speak publicly with customers about complex business and technical matters including public presentations.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs the value that they are willing to pay for and other competing alternatives in the market intimately well and translate opportunities to product requirements.Understand the key triggers that lead to adoption and ensure products are packaged priced and delivered to successfully reach our customers.Creating strategy and plans to reach the right customers/partners to develop signal about top scenarios and industry directionQuickly iterating with partners/customers to validate solution directionWorking closely with internal and cross Microsoft development teams and coordinating with industry partners to deliver on a product roadmap in a manner that is both efficient innovative and complete.QualificationsMinimum of5years ofexperience in product development/management.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with AI or IoT device developer community (preference of both)Outstanding customer obsession and empathy for users.Proven history of strong collaboration across internal product groups and externalpartners.Preferred QualificationsExperience managingopen sourceprojects/products.Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate and share your vision ideas and plans with colleagues and to be able to deal constructively with opposing views or opinions.Abilityto meet Microsoft customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
