As a Delivery Associate, you will be a key part of the last-mile delivery process, ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently, with a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where you’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.
Location: Plymouth, MA
Work Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend
Responsibilities:
Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle prior to departureÂ
Use a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and customer delivery updatesÂ
Safely operate a company-provided cargo van following all traffic laws and company safety standardsÂ
Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition across residential and commercial areasÂ
Navigate local routes, including city streets and highways, in various weather and lighting conditionsÂ
Meet daily delivery targets and performance metricsÂ
Provide professional and courteous customer service at each deliveryÂ
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicleÂ
Follow all company policies, procedures, and Amazon delivery standardsÂ
Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to management promptlyÂ
Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of ageÂ
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing 20–50 lbsÂ
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentÂ
Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS-based routing systemsÂ
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindsetÂ
Positive attitude and strong work ethicÂ
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous delivery or driving experience (e.g., Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or similar)Â
Customer service experienceÂ
Experience operating cargo vans or similar vehiclesÂ
Comfortable using mobile apps and delivery technologyÂ
Clean driving record over the past 5 years (subject to review)Â
