Now Hiring: Concierge / Security Officer (Full-Time)

Alpha 3 Security Services is seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge / Security Officer to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role combines front-desk concierge responsibilities with security duties, making it ideal for someone who is both professional and attentive.

POSITION DETAILS:

• IMMEDIATE OPENING
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 2:00p - 10:00p
• Pay: $15 - $17 per hour DOE
• Holidays are paid time-and-a-half

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet residents, guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations , including sign-ins and visitor logs
• Monitor cameras and property access points
• Perform walking/vehicular patrols throughout the duration of your shift
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment
• Respond to incidents and report any suspicious activity
• Provide directions assistance and general concierge support

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST be at least eighteen years old
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST possess a valid driver's license
• MUST be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
• Florida security license (Class D) or willingness to obtain one
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and stay alert throughout the shift
