Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies and claims.

Provide quotes and information on various insurance products.

Process policy changes and renewals efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.

Stay updated on industry trends and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Property & Casualty Licensed

Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Texas insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Must be bilingual English and Spanish
