Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Provide clear explanations of policy coverage, benefits, and billing information.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, seeking resolutions.

Assist with claims processing, gathering necessary information and guiding customers through the initial steps.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the agency's management system.

Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.

A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.

Property & Casualty Licensed preferred.
