The Commercial Print & Mail Production Operator plays a vital role in managing both print and mail production tasks within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, this position handles standard mail and print jobs through a combination of manual and automated equipment operation. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a readiness to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate print equipment for commercial print jobs
• Process and prepare mailings efficiently
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production needs
• Handle materials and maintain workflow in production areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in print and mail production
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of offset and digital printing processes
• Familiarity with mailing equipment operation
• Strong quality control and troubleshooting skills
