???? Case Manager – Alliance Recovery ????Position OverviewAt Alliance Recovery, we are committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll provide direct client services, coordinate vital resources, and act as the bridge between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners. Your work will ensure that every client receives consistent, high-quality care and support throughout treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload with professionalism and careComplete admission notes and maintain accurate case records per policyProvide consistent updates to families and the clinical team regarding client progressCoordinate services with external providers and community resourcesFacilitate 1–2 recovery groups per week for assigned clientsDocument all client interactions, progress, and assessments promptlyContinuously evaluate client needs in both mental health and substance recoveryCommunicate effectively and assertively with clients, staff, and partnersQualifications✅ Active Substance Use Disorder Credential✅ Minimum of 1 year of case management experience in substance abuse treatment✅ CPR & First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Strong knowledge of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approachesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, compassionate, and committed to confidentialityHighly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhy Alliance Recovery?????
