Perficient is seeking a growth-driven and commercially minded Adobe Alliance Partner to own and expand our strategic relationship with Adobe. This individual will be directly accountable for originating new business, building and converting joint pipeline, and accelerating revenue growth across Adobe's ecosystem.
Perficient's Adobe practice is a Platinum Partner with eight specializations, three hundred practitioners across the US, Latin America, and India, and two decades of work behind some of the most demanding digital experiences in healthcare, financial services, life sciences, automotive, manufacturing, and retail.
This role carries a number. You own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through Adobe, and you are measured on what you originate and close, not on the temperature of the relationship.
This is a hunter role in an alliance seat. Most of the pipeline you are accountable for does not exist yet. You will find it inside Adobe's field organization, in accounts where Adobe is selling and Perficient is not in the room, and in accounts where we are already delivering and Adobe has not seen the expansion.
You should arrive with relationships. Sales leadership, partner leadership, and the solution consultants who influence which integrator gets recommended. We are not hiring someone to build an Adobe network from a standing start.
Responsibilities
REVENUE GROWTH & DEAL ORIGINATION

• Own a personal pipeline target for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through the Adobe alliance.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and originate new opportunities by leveraging Adobe relationships, account intelligence, and market insights.
• Develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate new logos and expand existing accounts through joint Adobe motions.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of co-sell opportunities with clear progression through deal stages.
• Collaborate with Perficient account executives and Adobe sellers to advance and close joint opportunities.
• Own co-sell win rate, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy on the opportunities you carry.
• Maintain a disciplined cadence of pipeline review and deal inspection, including the honest call when a deal is not real.

STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships across Adobe sales, partner, and alliance teams, weighted toward the people who move revenue.
• Serve as the voice of Adobe inside Perficient, and the case for Perficient inside Adobe.
• Drive alignment of goals, priorities, and commercial targets across both organizations.
• Orchestrate executive-level engagement to unlock new business and accelerate deal velocity.
• Build, track, and manage the Joint Business Plan with Adobe, recommending the changes that keep both sides on target through the year.
• Own the strategy to elevate Perficient to the highest partner tier Adobe offers, including the specializations and certification coverage that gate it.

CO-SELL & GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION

• Lead co-sell pipeline development by aligning Perficient's offerings with Adobe solution areas and active customer pursuits.
• Partner directly with Adobe sellers to shape deal strategy, position the joint value proposition, and close business.
• Drive joint account planning at priority accounts, focused on net-new revenue, expansion, and consumption growth.
• Build joint offerings with solution architects and practice leaders, translated into positioning that generates pipeline.
• Maximize participation in Adobe Partner Advantage, co-sell incentives, and partner-funded demand generation programs. Know what is available, claim it, and spend it where it converts.
• Stay on the deal through progression to close.

AI-FIRST INNOVATION & SOLUTION GROWTH

• Identify revenue opportunities at the intersection of Perficient's AI-first strategy and Adobe AI, data, and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with solution architects and practice leaders to develop compelling joint offerings that win new business.
• Translate Adobe innovations into commercial positioning and pipeline-generating activities.

MARKETING, ENABLEMENT & DEMAND GENERATION

• Partner with marketing to develop pipeline-generating campaigns, events, and thought leadership tied to Adobe priorities and to live pursuits rather than to the calendar.
• Enable Perficient sellers with Adobe-specific messaging, competitive positioning, and co-sell playbooks they will actually use.
• Drive internal readiness so account teams recognize an Adobe co-sell opportunity without being told.
• Coordinate certification coverage against Adobe's partner requirements with practice leadership.

PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Own and report on alliance revenue KPIs, including pipeline generated, pipeline converted, co-sell win rate, deal velocity, and partner-sourced bookings.
• Provide regular updates to Perficient leadership on pipeline health, deal progression, risk, and where the growth is actually coming from.
• Maintain forecast accuracy with a disciplined cadence of pipeline reviews and deal inspection.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten or more years in alliances, partner sales, business development, or enterprise technology sales, including time inside the Adobe ecosystem.
• Existing senior relationships at Adobe across sales, partner, and alliance organizations, and the ability to say what they have produced.
• A record of originating and closing through partner channels, with revenue you can attribute.
• Command of Adobe's organizational structure, partner programs, co-sell motions, and incentive structures.
• Co-sell initiatives you led rather than supported, including joint go-to-market execution with a strategic partner.
• Commercial judgment. Qualifying an opportunity, building deal strategy, and influencing a close plan.
• Working familiarity with Adobe technologies including Experience Manager, Experience Platform, GenStudio, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Firefly.
• Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Portfolio discipline. Many deals and relationships in motion at once, with follow-through on each.
• Executive presence with C-level stakeholders at both Adobe and client organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work in a matrix, influence without direct authority, and mobilize internal resources to win.
• A Joint Business Plan you built and carried to a measurable result.
• Industry depth in health and life sciences, financial services, CPR & Retail, TMT and/or manufacturing.
• Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
• Willingness to travel as partner, client, and business priorities require.
• Residence near a Perficient office.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $160,000 to $209,880.
