Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health issues to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, encouraging their personal growth and well-being.
  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
  • Utilize teletherapy solutions to accommodate clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Engage in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one check-ins with your team manager and clinical supervisor to discuss cases and share insights.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, teens, couples, and families. Your role will involve addressing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. We emphasize culturally competent care, and we are actively seeking professionals experienced in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from communities of color and LGBTQIA clients.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of full-time clinical counseling experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective therapy to couples, children, and families, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
Preferred Experience

While the requirements include the aforementioned qualifications, experience working with diverse populations, including those identifying as LGBTQIA, would be advantageous. We value clinicians who bring unique perspectives and skills to our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates. Benefits include:
