Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads promptly and professionally
- Build rapport with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and digital communication
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right vehicles and next steps
- Provide accurate, helpful information regarding inventory, vehicle features, and availability
- Set and confirm appointments while creating a strong handoff to the showroom sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers
- Support dealership sales campaigns and outreach efforts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and competitive models
- Coordinate closely with sales leadership and team members to support performance and customer satisfaction
