    Job description

    Job Opportunity: Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon

    Our organization is looking for a dedicated Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to become a part of our physician-led, patient-focused team located in Glendale, Arizona. In this position, you will assess and manage intricate spinal conditions, executing a wide range of spine surgeries, including both minimally invasive techniques and reconstructive operations.

    You will work closely with a diverse team of orthopedic specialists, pain management experts, and rehabilitation professionals, all while benefiting from cutting-edge imaging technology, navigation systems, and electronic medical records (EMR). Our surgeons are encouraged to engage in research, drive innovation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, all aimed at achieving outstanding patient outcomes in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and treat complex spinal disorders.
    • Perform a variety of spine procedures, including minimally invasive and reconstructive surgeries.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in orthopedic care, pain management, and rehabilitation.
    • Utilize advanced imaging and navigation technologies to enhance surgical precision.
    • Participate in research and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
    Requirements and Qualifications:
