Allegiance Staffing is hiring dependable Warehouse Technicians for a high-volume manufacturing and bottling facility in New Albany, IN. This facility operates 24/7 and produces products for some of the world's most recognized beverage brands.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse, inventory, and production operations by maintaining accurate inventory, verifying product quality, and ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift experience is preferred, as operators will occasionally assist with moving materials and supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify inventory counts between production and warehouse
- Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products before shipment
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
- Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory
- Support production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and operating procedures
- Care for assigned equipment and company property
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or production experience
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs throughout a 12-hour shift
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Stable work history with dependable attendance
- Good vision and manual dexterity
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
