**Food Services Associate – Corporate Dining & Hospitality**
**Long-Term Contract Assignment (6 Months+)**
**Compensation:** $70,000 - $80,000 annualized base salary, plus overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per week. 3 days T, W TH on site must be flexible when needed for Monday/Friday
This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious financial services organization in a long-term contract role. Unlike many contract positions, you will be paid directly by the client—not through a staffing agency payroll. Strong performers may be considered for permanent employment after approximately six months
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage daily catering requests from internal business groups and stakeholders.
* Place catering orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery and execution.
* Partner closely with on-site food service vendors and facilities teams to support meetings, events, and conferences.
* Assist with conference room food and beverage setups, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
* Provide hands-on support for event logistics and catering operations.
* Support reception and visitor management functions during peak periods.
* Deliver exceptional hospitality and client service to employees, guests, and senior leadership.
* Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* **Corporate dining, corporate hospitality, conference services, executive dining, or high-end catering experience strongly preferred.**
* Candidates with experience in corporate food service operations, financial services environments, law firms, consulting firms, private equity firms, hotels, or upscale hospitality settings are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum one year of relevant experience in food service, catering, hospitality, conference services, or reception operations.
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience coordinating with vendors, facilities teams, and event support personnel is highly desirable.
* Comfortable handling confidential information and interacting with senior-level executives and visitors.
