All-Tech Manufacturing

Location: Akron, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
All-Tech Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Polisher. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in manufacturing. No prior polishing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Polish, deburr, and finish precision machined metal parts to customer specifications.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and other surface imperfections.
- Operate hand tools, grinders, buffers, sanders, and other finishing equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and surface finish.
- Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Handle parts carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with production and quality personnel to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
